my truck doesnt get driven alot because im in training for the army..but i was told it has an idle problem. my wife starts the truck and drives it 2 times a week. she said that it idles and sputters ... then shoots white smoke out the exhaust.. she had the oil changed and fuel filter changed yesterday.. i had her set the computer settings back to factory...stll does it.. anyone have any ideas? im 1000 miles away in tech school and not much i can do here.. but would like to know whats wrong.. thanks guys.. go army! hooah!!!

 

definately sounds like a fuel system problem. mine did this when my vp was going under but that was my truck. definately frustrating!!!
