How to adjust the idle?

I was wondering if someone on here knows how to adjust the idle.. Mine has been really high since i bought the truck..

What's it idleing at?

It idles around 850 rpms in park.

There it a plate on the driver's side of the motor that has what it is suppose to be idling at in park with the A/C on. Check that out. Here is a pic of where it is.
