Default Truck cutting out?

For some reason my truck starts to cut out at around 90 miles per hour what for and also at idle its not very smooth?but driving down the road it runs good and runs smooth, just at around 90 miles per hour? My fuelk pressure is good never goes under 11 psi?

its not at the limit of what the governor will allow as far as the fueling goes is it

should be about 3200 - 3600 rpm

What state do you live in where the speed limit is 90? I wanna move there
