Default something weird

The other day I was driving down the road and my check guages light came on as was my air bag, abs and brake light, my voltage was down low and all of a sudden the tach and speedo make a full sweep and no bus pops up in my trip meter. It hasn't happened since but the abs and brake light have been coming on every once in awhile . Any tips would be great.

I agree sounds like a loose and/or dirty connection at a connector - dont have any more info for you.

It did it again tonight but this time the check engine, abs, low fuel, and no guages would work. Turned it off and back on finally I pulled out the keys and started it again and it was normal. It poped up with the "NO BUS" in the trip meter again to.

this may have nuthin to do with your problem but my the voltage gauge dropped real low in my 02 on the way to work one day, the truck was runnin fine... i got to work and tried to leave about an hour later and the batterys were totally dead, my buddy had a crappy set of jumper cables and we hooked them up and they started melting before i even touched the key. i finally figured out my grid heater solenoid had shorted out and stuck on i disconnected it and put the jumper cables back on and they no longer were tryin to melt and the truck fired right up and i had to buy a new set of batterys and they aint very cheap so just a heads up might wanna keep an eye on it

Ok thanks for the heads up. I googled the code and came across a bunch of people that had the same problem and they said it was the connector under the hood for the fuse panel in the engine compartment. I haven't looked at mine yet but will today.
