Hello for some reason just started a couple of weeks ago after running my truck for a while i would shut it off and when i would go back to drive it again the wait to start light takes forever to go off like the light stays on like its 20 degrees thats how long it stays on every time i get in my truck?

 

The first time you start it of the day i'd wait for the wts light to turn off. but after that the pickup should be ok to start without waiting, within a 2 hr limit. any more than that i'd go ahead and wait again.

 

i would still like to know why it stays on so long everytime i get in the truck? It didnt do it until a few weeks ago.

 

Are you saying this does this all the time no matter the temp or time that it is shut off?Here is some info.Ram Diesel Manifold Heater Problems.Get out the voltmeter.
