my vp44 just went out and i dont have the money for a new one rightnow..so i was wondering if anybody had a good used one forsale?

I know you said you don't have the cash for a rebuilt, but honestly it's the only way to go. It's like playing Russian roulette buying used ones. You could easily end up paying more than the cost of a rebuilt by the time it's all said and done. Good luck!

 

Ask yourself - who is going to replace a perfectly good VP-44?? People replace them because they are dead or just about dead.

Thats still a crapshoot because unless you find a knowledgeable owner that has a fuel pressure gauge and is someone you can trust you have no idea about the actual condition of the pump.
