this is hard to see but its the rod from the slave cylinder. it looks like it was melted. form the heat the release bearing created. i had to beat the release bearing off

got it all back together and the clutch master cylinder has a crack in the bottom of it. got a new one ordered today so will be driving it tomorrow afternoon
