Default vacuum pump rebuild

Has anyone ever rebuilt a vacuum pump on one of these? Mine is leaking like a stuck pig! I bought the kit from cummins it was like 9 dollars.

There easy to do just read the manual take your time and remember to clean the parts really good

A couple years ago, I used the Gould kit that Diesel Minded mentioned. It came with the "tools", video, seals, gaskets, etc. Hard part was getting the unit in and out. Once repaired, it has worked like a champ ever since.

Simple do it yourself job, save you a lot of bucks getting it to a pro all you need is some elbow grease and yeah the manual.

in the last diesel world i got they show u how 2 do the rebuild.

If you count your time spent gathering all the stuff you need for tools and information and figuring all this stuff out, your gonna save money buying the kit from the link DieselMinded posted. It comes complete and ready to go and video is a step by step that makes this simple to do.

Are you sure about this? I really have no idea on a do it yourself Intercooler Pipe replacement or fix, might need some mechanical skills on doing so.
