Has anyone ever rebuilt a vacuum pump on one of these? Mine is leaking like a stuck pig! I bought the kit from cummins it was like 9 dollars.

What manual are you talking about?

A couple years ago, I used the Gould kit that Diesel Minded mentioned. It came with the "tools", video, seals, gaskets, etc. Hard part was getting the unit in and out. Once repaired, it has worked like a champ ever since.

If you count your time spent gathering all the stuff you need for tools and information and figuring all this stuff out, your gonna save money buying the kit from the link DieselMinded posted. It comes complete and ready to go and video is a step by step that makes this simple to do.

Are you sure about this? I really have no idea on a do it yourself Intercooler Pipe replacement or fix, might need some mechanical skills on doing so.
