Noob looking for some info on the towloc trans box. I posted on another forum but no replies, so I'll try here. My question is, do you drive in the torq loc setting or turn it on at speed you driving? When it's on torq lock setting, it will shift 1st, 2nd(then lockup in 2nd), then compound shift to 3rd! Is this normal (compound shifts)? One of the settings is for down shift from OD to 3rd, is this for when your climbing a hill or going down? If anyone is running one, could you chime in on what your settings are set at? Any info on how to use and setup this box would greatly be appriciated. Thanks

Read the whole manual, used it to set up the box and brake! Not sure if I'm using it right or if there is better settings to use when using it (have it set up on stock settings). The manual is kind of vague on how some of the settings work, like the down shift from 4th to 3rd. Are you suppost to drive in torq loc setting or not! Also talk to a BD tech on the phone but he wasn't very helpful. Guess I'll have to keep looking in to it. Thanks
