i have a 02 cummins and i was woundering if anyone new but im hearing a sound like a humming sound when i step on the throttle would anyone know what that could be

all i have is a 02 24 valve cold air intake 3 in down pipe to 4 inch striaght thats it and its like when i leave from a stop or just sitting in park id step on the pedal and it makes like a humming noise u can hear it and feel it through the pedal

 

Humming noise could be because it dont know the words.J/K .Does it do it at a certain or particular rpm or mile per hour. Did you buy new tires,or have any supension work done.Have you rotated your tire latey?
