Default not full potential

well the truck in my sig does not seem quite rite whith the waste gate pluged im only able to hit 30lb boost whitch is fine. Because of it only being an hx 35. But i figured i should not be abble to clear up the smoke on the hot unlock whitch i can. An the truck on the top end feels like its surging because of lack of fuel?? Had fuel press checked its good also checked for boost leaks foun some i fixed them im stuck on where to go know. My 150 nozzles were also pop tested befor i installed them. Or am i just asking to munch for what iv got i also noticed that my clutch seemed to slip a lot quicker than it does now? thank for eny info sorry about the spelling buy the way it has a new fuel filter.

With the Wastegate Closed you should be getting much more than 30psi. I can hit 45psi with only the Adrenaline and stock injectors with my HX35.
