Default Front drive shaft and yokes

How hard would it be to replace the yokes on the t-case and the front differential for the front drive shaft of a 99 2500?

I'm not really sure how the yoke comes out on the front differential.. does it just slide in there or something?

Reason being my drive shaft ripped off the yoke about 3 months ago, and I'm getting around to replacing it.. but the front yoke (that the driveshaft connects to) is messed up.

is there any diagrams anywhere or anything of the front differential or yoke? as well as the transfer case yoke?

Transfer case yoke will slide right off, at least mine did once I took the nut off. I have to replace the seal in there cause its gone bad on me. Front diff however, may require use of a puller to get it off, they seem to stick a little tighter.
