hello i was wondering what causes this. when i am driving down the road shifiting my truck whenever im pushing my clutch in its fine when it foes in but when im letting it out its kinda ruff letting out kinda shacks a little bit whenever im letting the clutch out what would this be?

 

only thing i could think of is the throw out bearing is worn or starting to wear out or some of the fingers are worn out making the plates touch uneven
