I was curious to know the differance between winter blend and summer. I found this on the net. http://www.filtercouncil.org/techdata/tsbs/91-1R3.pdf It gives what and why they do it.

I run 33s and 75mph almost everywhere I go not under load. I have found that using cruse control really helps and keeping my edge on mileage, during the summer I average 20-22mpg. If I go 65 I have hit up to 26mpg. I am also only running 40hp injectors and I have a low stall TC with a torque lock that I run every time I get up to speed. But with this winter fuel at best I am hit 18-19mpg doing my 75mph.
