Have you checked the door contacts? Maybe there is grease, rust, corrosion? make sure they work. sounds like it goes into nuisance prevention after the first alarm. Have you checked the battery voltage at the alarm unit.
I assume it is the factory alarm, right?

 

there are no codes..... now with the door contacts that makes sense i think one of my door latches is bad... where do i look at the contacts at? i think i should replace the two rear suicide latches they dont lock right
