Need to upgrade the old original unit. Looks like an odd shaped space is that a double dinn or not? also if anyone has photos of what they have put in there trucks I would love to see. Hope it is a double dinn. thanks in advance

 

You have a 1.5 din sorry bud but you make a double din fit with some work or just get a single din radio and add the optional cubby hole or block off plate. If you like the size of the double din but don't want the work just get a flip up screen model but it'll partially bock the vents.

 

i have jvc its got the small face on it, but all you have to do to make it fit is go to wal-mart or some where and get a mounting kit and get a pulg that plugs the type of head unit in to the stock wireing (no cutting wires). its around $30 give or take a few $

 

i have a flip up screen thats kinda nice. its from walmat. haha though i am impressed by how well it works and nice it is.. like Red said it does block my middle vents but i rarely use the front vents. the window vent blows enough hot air to keep me warm easy.... i can post pictures/video if you would like. i did have to buy a mounting kit from WM also but it works perfect, screw right into where the factory one sat...

 

I just went with a cheapy from the auto parts store. Single din with the block off plate, works for me.
