I have them as well and they are pretty nice. I use a light bead of clear silicone on the gasket and under the screw heads when I put them together and no problems with leaks.

Did these cab lights come on your truck from the factory, or are they aftermarket?
I've been wanting to put some of the recon lights on mine, but i don't want leaks since my truck didn't come with them.

I had the local dodge dealer install the cab lights on mine. I then swapped them out for a set of smoked Recons. Awesome looks and no leaks.

I have some smoked lights on my truck with no leaks. Also I installed my cab lights myself with no silicone required.

like stated above if you run a small bead of silicone then you should be fine...
