Most likely the connector tube O-ring. Dont just buy a cheap off the shelf o-ring , Call cummins or dodge and order the correct part number. If thats not it, It's probably over tightning thats caused the leak, Loosen the lines, clean all mating surfaces with emory cloth and re tighten, Fairly snug but not as tight as you can get them by any means..more like 28 ftlbs. on the injector side and 18 ftlbs. on the pump side If neither of these solutions fix it, You'll need new lines for 5 and 6. They'll be available from any vendor here including myself and at your local cummins or dodge store!

I just had one work it's way loose all it's own. What a nightmare, especially for the two cars behind me. They were not happy. Diesel everywhere.

Most Likely, If you've tightened over in torque spec your at risk for line failure. I've been through it with customers over and over again, I would clean and recheck. Make sure the tubes are seated good in the injector!
