Default not running right

So I installed my airdog 150 this weekend and my bhaf still building a heat shield. And the truck when I get off the highway still has a miss It really ran like crap the other day after I got done towing a backhoe. Till I let it idle for a bit then it clears up. It runs way smoother and seems to be quieter now. No big difference on power I can tell. It was doing the same thing before the install. I just bump my rpm up to about 950 with the torx screw and it almost always quits so I am leaving it there for now.

I am not too knowledgeable with the 24v's but have you checked for fuel pressures? might be leaking off somewhere.

I would recheck the injector lines. I thought I had tighten one back up real good after priming the system. Turns out it started good and it ran fine until I started getting on it, then it started the missing. Check those or the the ones leading into the VP44, whichever one you might have used to bleed the system after the AD install.
