Leaking oil
#13
wash it then let that thing sit and run, if you can prop the go fast pedal down so it holds it about 1500 rpms and watch for the oil leak...dont drive it to get it warm it will let the oil go all over the place with it sittin right there, and its nice and hot you should be able to find out where the oil leak is

If your gonna tear this down it would be a good time to rebuild that vacuum pump while it's out. If you buy a rebuild kit from this guy it comes complete with all the seals, special tools and how to video needed to do the rebuild yourself. Takes about 20 minutes once you have the pump out.
