fuel problems!!!!!
From Dodge it's a lot higher then it was when I bought one a few years ago but I never doubt any stupid prices from Dodge. It will be cheaper from Cummins.
On the good side, even if it's not the problem you need to change this fitting when you change the IP anyway so it's still not wasted money.

Our VPs ship with a new overflow valve, so it would be a waste for a pump that will be replaced.
Check the overflow valve with a regulated air source. It's as accurate as anything. If it checks out bad, then fine, replace it. But I have yet to see an overflow valve fix a P0216 code.

i blew air threw it with my mouth with ease. i cant blow as good as blackdodge can though
Dave says he sends out new regulators with every pump and that being the case then he is the first one I have heard of doing that. So then ya, if your buyin a new pump from him the new one would be a waste of money.
Sounds like a bad overflow valve to me... It should hold 14 PSI of pressure before opening up. If you can blow through it by mouth then it dead...
