Default 7 or 8 inch stack to loud?

i am planing on geting a 7 or 8 inch stack and i just want to now if it is going to be to loud in the cab i dont wont to have to cut it off to talk on the phone.

My dual straight piped 4's are pretty loud but I can still hear on the phone and if you bring it up on the passenger side noise would be less than right behind you.

you will get some echo in the cb but as long as you keep your foot out of it you be able to talk on the phone of put a mufflering device on it (cat, resinator, small muffler)

Grand Rock makes internal mufflers for their stacks. I don't know how much they cut the drone out but I'm sure it makes a difference. And as long as you aren't flooring it everywhere it shouldn't be that loud...

My brother made his own stack out of the muffler that came with my powerstroke.

regular or extended cab. if its a regular cab its gonna be rather noisy to you...an automatic will also make it more droney

i noticed that my bullhualer stacks are quieter than my budies turnouts because mine are farther away from the cab
