hey guys, my brother just put on his 4inch turbo back exhaust on his powerstroke.
heres the interesting part.he didnt put on the muffler that came with the system.
what i wanna do is open up the muffler and remove the baffles. mitre cut it and turn it into a badd *** 7 inch stack for free
any ideas on removing the baffles?
how are they in there
its a diamond eye performance muffler if that helps thanks

i made my stack at home, it was easy. i just bought some cheap 5" x 5' bimetal pipe and then powdercoated it black

So if you want the muffler gutted why even use it? I'm assuming its polished so cutting it opend and getting it back together will not produce a pretty product. You can always take another pipe and beat the fins down with it.

yeah you will need to cut open bangthem out and weld it back up. or pound a pipe in it

im using the outside of the muffler.
its 7 inches
i wanted to take all the inside stuff out.
i already got it down today
will post pics after i get it mitre cut and powdercoated
