seafoam is rather aggressive. If there's large deposits it can cause some problems! I use it from time to time in oil and gas/diesel tanks.

If you use Sea Foam don't pour it into the tank of fuel. It will not be nice to the injector pump runnin through for all those miles. Pull your filter cannister off, drain all the fuel from it and refill it with the Seafoam then start your truck. It runs it all through within seconds and still cleans everything out.

On my truck there's some sort of cover over the top of em',

I has assumed that there would have been something holding them on, but there's just a little plate, i don't see any wires going in to any injectors either,

And i just retarded ?

Maybe i have the wrong idea of where the injectors are to being with ?

I thought it was under the valve cover in between the rocker arms, Right ? I'm so lost here,

the little plate is what holds the injectors in remove that and use the valve cover bolt to pull the injector.

Tweaker,
Remove the bolt on the injector hold down thats closest to the front of the motor, just loosen the other bolt. Uncle Bubba I carry wynns and bg products in the shop. The actual diesel clean kits designed to use with the tools, They also work great just using them in the fuel filter, Much stronger than any off the self products. If ya'll think theres any intrest I'll list the products in the L&N section for folks to purchase!
