IIRC, the passenger side lower silicone coupler is pretty notorious for cracking/splitting too...

We went over all the intercooler piping and suck and pressure tested and everything is fine so i am guessing the noise isnt coming from that

its more of a woosh sound than the turbo whistle.. almost like using an air blower hose on an air compressor... thats what mine sounded like.

Did ya go over everything in the system all the way from the exhaust manifold to the the intake heater hitting everything in between with soapy water. That's the only way your gonna know that there is no leaks. Especially check the bottom side of the exhaust manifold and the grid heater, they are the two most common places.

i will check that today thanks. i will post update tonight

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

find the tinest hole today at the passenger side of the cooler in the boot not even a pin whole it held 20 psi in the sytem while checking for 5 min after 5min it was down to 18 psi. Do you really think that can make such a loud noise. I think it has to be something else. Anywho I am putting a new boot and two new clamps on it tomorrow i guess we will find out. I will post tomorrow
