Up Date-When cranking cam sensor is working,but when running there is nothing.I dont know if this is normal or not.I think I will throw a vp44 at it and hope it works,cant get anyone to say one way or the other.It's just one of those things.I am wooped

Cam sensor is working,only when cranking does anyone know if it should read at idle? I understand if it were not working it would not start. Would having ECM flashed fix this?
