Bomb Im thinking head studs

whats the best, i was looking at snackpacks pics and he did not pull his head to change the head gasket is that the way to go or is it better to change the gasket at the time. im running 40-45 psi boost and i know its too much for the head bolts so im taking it easy any answer would help tons thanks guys

You could always change them out one at a time. Should help it, but it could already be damaged. Mine went under less boost and was blown between every cylinder.

you dont have to change the gasket but it is a wise decission. the studs are definatly worth the money becasue there reusable rather than the bolts after they stretch there scrap metal

The instructions that i read from ARP said to do them one by one any how, so that's fine !

you can do them one by one. just pull the stock one out insert the stud and torque it in the 3 stage sequence and you will be fine. on the rocker towers you will eather have to mill the towers i belive i didnt do it but i should have

the 12v and 24v are different heads and the 24v studs don't mount to a rocker.

Buy extra arp lube they dont give you enough in there stud kit.
