shoot, it only took me about 10 minutes to take it out, clean it, put it back in, toughest part is getting to the damn thing, use a deep well socket and i used a 4 inch extension to get mine off, when you put it back in, no more then 10-15 lbs of torque, otherwise you could crack that aluminum threads
