Default DTC question

ive got a 2001 cummins. i have a hypertech max energy programmer that reads the trouble codes as im sure you know. today i reinstalled my programmer and got a P0177 and P1693. i looked them up and the one was water in fuel sensor voltage to low, and DTC with the PCM interface. i was wondering if there is something i need to take care of or what. thanks for the help.

Sounds like a Bad Sensor or a loose wire.
