Propane is a replacement for fuel; it's a way to cheapskate on injectors, programming, lift pumps and IP mods.

Nitrous is a replacement for air; it's a way to cheapskate on turbos, porting, a cam, intake and exhaust.

So there is synergy to be had by running both.

But nitrous is safer, and it would probably work better on your set-up since it seems you already have quite a bit in the way of fuel.
