on the 24v you want tell much diffrence. Now a 12v it hurts there performance alot more.

I did mine at 126k went ahead and did all of them. even if they were in spec. Also, a trick for getting the valve cover off is to slide it over the intake until the last bolt is clear then slide it forward and off.
