hey i have a small problem.. i put a smoke switch in to see what it did it didnt do all that mch so i took it out.. now much truck doesnt smoke on level 3 like it used to.. no smoke at all.. why?? what do i do to fix it? seems to be rnning the same.. any suggestions?

 

are you gettng any codes? may have damaged the map sensor, and you not reading correct pressure... check the wiring and the plug and see? is the truck running different?

 

well update i went to autozone and had them plug in my truck and it threw a code p0237 low boost voltage. i had them erase it and all is good.

 

so far everything is still well.. just wanna make sure that the smoke switch is what caused the p0237 code? feedback please

 

you probably did what i did, you connected the switch to the wrong black wire, try the other wire and see if that helps. mine did the exact same thing, threw a code and didnt smoke at all, switched the wires and bingo, it smokes like a mother F**** in neutral

 

How do you hookup a smoke switch...and what is it do??? Just curious
