I replied to your pm but i'll post here incase it helps anybody else. The shop we took it to determined the pump was bad so they sent it back. The company we got the pump from said the pump went bad, but it was caused by a faulty computer(not sure which one) and if we dont replace it they wont honor the warranty again. The computer and pump got replaced and its been fine ever since. I hope this helps.

 

The IP is definitely good. Pulled from running truck (98.5) and swapped with original IP off '99. 98.5 runs perfect with either IP installed.

Hectic day today. I was able to swap Fuel Pressure Regulator, but no change. I'll get back on it later this week. Out of town until Friday. I'll try stand alone test with my Miller when I return and see if I can send the pump in to high idle.

 

That's the best thing you can do at this point. Its the only way to narrow it down in a timely manner
