Are you seeing these numbers with an empty truck and very little throttle? If so then yeah it's a little high if the box is off.

What are you seeing for boost? I would suspect a boost leak first.

You want your FP to be ~15-20 psi IIRC.

boost seems normal and the egts pretty much do it givin little or alot off throttle... it does drop down to 600 to 700 after im movin along... mainly at take off..

fuel pressure is lower then that run 10 to 11 at idle... however i do need to change fuel filter this weekend

dont let the FP go below 7 psi that is when the VP stops liking you, the EGT thing i would say check for boost leaks like stated above, most likely places would be the boots on the bottom of the intercooler, if you do any off roading a stick can get up in there or a rock or a mazda.

I can hit 1000 pretty easy with mine when I first take off at medium acceleration but it backs down when boost comes up. I also have some pretty big sticks in it. Might want to check on the air filter too. They need plenty of air.

I saw higher EGT's running a weak actuator, not boosting as much as it should, so check out your boost too. See my thread for what I went through (only 17psi boost, etc thread title)

you can take your egt up to 1150*F but only for a short time or else you could melt down #6 piston, as for fuel pressure the debate is still open as to how low to go, when I'm in the throttle I don't let it get below 5lbs, boost is usually 24-28 lbs but had it up to 32 going up antler hill north of innisfail
