Just got got truck out of shop clutch was toast just running fine for a week and my oil pressure used to be constantly in the middle now it drops to 30 psi and 60 when accelerating also when driving on highway it jerks when speeding up my engine temp is also real cool below the halfway mark also when driving through town the truck seems held back when accelerating through the the gears please any input is helpful thanks! P.S Still have stock lift pump

 

Hey! I'm green as grass here first off. My 02 is doing the same thing I think. Does your pressure drop at stops while driving? My pressure will drop as I pull in to a parking spot, but after idle for 2-3 seconds comes back up to norm.

 

I think over revved once and that might very caused it my oil well stay at normal line and go higher as I accelerating I notice no loss of oil or leak and my oil has been at the safe line since 4 months ago that I changed.

 

and also I was told it could've been a cps sensor but for me it ended being a lift pump that was a Jerry engine since my issue has stopped since I've replaced I hope this helps good luck!
