I suggest that you remove the Glow Shift fuel pressure gauge and throw it in the trash because they are not good quality gauges but they are inexpensive. I buy Autometer, some folks but Isspro they are both top quality gauges. also The Mr. Gasket pump is as you said a seven pound pump at best. These Cummins require at least eighteen pounds +=fuel pressure to lube the vp44 fuel injector pump. Go to the AutoMeter and Isspro web sites and see what they have, but before you buy check with us for guidance, Good luck
