Default Oil coming out the blow by tube only when towing???

Hey everyone kinda puzzled by what my trucks doing its a 1998 24 valve ive had my stock turbo rebuilt which helped my crankcase pressurizing issue (some) and ive also replaced my vacuum and power steering pump however i still get oil from my blow by tube when i pull a heavy trailer up a grade boosting (35psi ish) enough to get all over my undercarriage some on my tailgate and trailer... Truck has an exhaust brake on it and ive noticed when the brake is on and the motors warming up ive got a alot of pressure coming out of my draft tube but when it disengages pressure drops alot my truck was bought stock from the original owner at 108k it now has 162k could i have bad rings? I see no blue smoke and she fires right up no miss smooth as can be on long drives its not using any oil? Truck also has arp headstuds no loss of coolant or anything.

Update i rechecked to make sure my turbo seals didnt blow again since 35lbs of boost is a little high for a stock turbo all intercooler lines are dry so any ideas? Rings on a cummins at 160k?

Final update this may help anyone having the same issues if your boost is to much 35 or over as mine was pegging the needle factory valve springs wont handle the pressure and will float! who wouldve thought hence the crank case on my truck getting pressurized tomorrow ill do a towing test up a grade and see if we loose any oil!
