Just bought the truck and car fax says the apps was replaced at 100,000 miles 125,000. Truck is now at 160,000 and I have a spot in the peddle range that the truck just gives out. Tries resetting and it didn't help at all. Question is why do they go out so much OEM not good? Timbo better? How long to I have before she no worky? Or is there a time? Can the apps start a long crank situation?

 

Okay going down the road lost all throttle response and truck died doing 60mph. Popped the clutch and got her running again ran fine the rest of the way. All of this has started and been happening today.
