As long as you make a straight cut you shouldn't have any issues. Also if you installed a sump you shouldn't have any issues either.

Well I started to go with the draw straw but didn't find a place that had clearance or it would have been in the very front or rear and I wasn't taking chances on the 1/4 tank issues so I siad to heck with it and bought a sinister diesel sump

Umm idk if I should start a new thread but the fass fitting won't work with my edge fuel pressure sensor.... Is there ne place I can buy one or do I just need to piece something together

And second does ne1 run the fass 150 and a sump I'm curious what would b good to run my fass return

You can get a push fitting and mount in the line. I don't have the draw straw but if you don't have the in-tank lift pump you can probably get away without it. But from what you have bought you should be set up to run no problem.

It has the in tank pump and so a t fitting close to the pump will work fine!?!

Put in a push lock fitting about a foot back from the VP will work just perfectly. That's where mine is located.

XDP Push Lock Fuel Pressure Tee XD200

Just make sure you get one that matches your hose ID.

I wonder if he will need a snubber for the pressure transducer?
I have heard some people say it eliminates fluctuations and at 200 dollars for an autometer sensor its good insurance, a lesson learned the hard way for me.

Snubber wouldn't hurt but it looks like he has the EJWA which has a fuel pressure gauge built into it. No since in buying a new one when you have one already.

If you have time and can take some pictures and do a write up on your install it sure is needed. I have noticed there is a lack of threads that still contain the pictures from the previous owner and old timers of the website.
