Pulled the filter bumped it and it pissed like a race horse. New filter/water seperator come in tomorrow so hoping it'll fire up

 

Try starting with the lift pump turned off? (do not run it prolonged this way) If it starts just fine then you might have too much pressure at cranking. Pump wiring can be fixed to be on when the truck is on instead of accessory.
