guess stupid questions....most everything I've drove lately always had a governer or auto.
I just don't remember.

I usually shift around 2000 if I'm going slow, 2300-2500 if I am driving a little more aggressively. I usually drive like an old man though, so 2000. 2500 also if I have a load on it to compensate. You will have a hard time killing it since it's a diesel though. Just don't dump to clutch super fast and it will keep you from jerking all over.
