Default where do i start

I recently bought a 2001 dodge Cummins, it has a nv5600. It's a dually. I want to do some mods but I honestly don't know where to start, any suggestions? P-pump? chips? Turbos?

First mod should be fuel pressure gauge. Followed by after market lift pump. After that get a better clutch. Then get a programmer. I wouldn't suggest a p-pump for a daily driver on a 24v. Now if it was a dedicated sled puller yes p-pump.

Watch your fuel pressures dead lift pumps kill VP44's. VP's start at $1000 and go up.

Dont forget to free up the exhaust, intake and air filtration system. Programmers, chips, and the like as well as injectors will not realize their full potential if ya dont get that rig to breathe more efficiently. And yes, gauges are a really good idea and practically mandatory if ya start modding. cheers
