Default injector quality ???

has anyone had problems with BDD injectors not lasting? I have a 2000 3/4 ton with a hotrod VP, Fass 95 gph lift pump, BD tuner, etc. I've had a set of 100hp BDD injectors in for only 2 yrs. after one yr almost to the day my truck started smoking wicked. turned out to be a cracked nozzle. I replaced the one nozzle and had the whole set cleaned and tested. Now one yr later I have the same problem again! I'm just wondering if I am only supposed to expect only a years worth of use out of aftermarket nozzles or if this brand is crap! Seems funny that the stock ones lasted 12 yrs!
In case you're wondering, I don't race or beat on my truck. I do tow and plow snow.
Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.
thanks,
Mike

No input on this one huh?
It seems to me that there are only a couple of companies that actually make the nozzles, and everyone else just rebuilds injectors using the same nozzles.
The place that I bought the injectors said I probably had water in my fuel. I do have a water separator but I guess it's still possible.
Can anyone explain how water can damage the nozzles? Seems like the fuel could be pressurized much higher than water, no?

Does your FASS 95 not have a water separator?

Yes, it does and it is regularly checked. Well, every 5,000 when I change the oil!

Sorry I mis-read it. I figure fluid is a fluid. Not sure how water would affect it. I would try an different brand of nozzles.
