Who has tow hooks or hook on the front of your 2 nd gen. I would like to bolt some on but can't find anywhere to do it and have it look good . most of the one's I have seen were welded on and look like crap. if you have pics of yours please add them

 

Does yours not have stock tow hooks? all of mine have had them I took them off this truck tho cus my grill guard uses the bolt holes that the tow hooks use

 

I have never seen a 2nd gen with a stock tow hook . the 3rd gen and up have them

 

Weird cus I've owned three and everyone of them have had them

 

The second gens didn't come with them from the factory. I've been wanting to fabricate some on mine as well. Send like there's some stuff in the way though. Might have to do some cutting and grinding to get them to fit

 

I guess I'll will have to try to make a cardboard mockup and see if any of the welding shops thing they can come up with something. looks like it will have to be some plate steel cut to an L shape to come below the bumper and then bolt some hooks on it. I was hoping some one had already done it . so I would have a better idea on how to do it .

 

I think mopar sells a kit for them to be added. If not them, there is a few companies that sell as well.
