Bio has a lower engery per joule than dino diesel so the mileage will drop. That said, the lubrication is increased so it is tit for tat really.

Changed filter and truck runs fine with 14psi. Drove 15 miles and down to 5. Pulled fliter and cleaned it and now back to 14psi. Looks like tank was super super nasty. Atleast I know what the problem was.

See, it wasn't anything serious.

Thats good to hear, I figured it was the filter. I always carry at least one extra filter with me in the glove box just in case mine plugs for some reason.

Might be a good idea to hit the tank with some Biocide as was suggested. Algea tends to be a problem for you guys that live in warmer climates.

Sounds like it's time to drop the tank and flush everything out good. I know Bio does a good job at cleaning everything out but if there's that must stuff in there it's needs to be flushed and rinsed. Any odd smell to the filters that would indicate growth or just crusted up. It takes a massive amount of stuff to clog up these filters.

I think its a mix of the nasty tank and weak lift pump. Also this BIO is a little thicker than #2.

I have ran B20 and B10 with no problems, but the filter will be plugged up faster with Bio. I carry a spare filter with me at all times.
