No power cummins!!!
Hi, I'm a newbie here, but my 99 dodge 2500 has no power on hills, and very bad mpg 12 mpg. Just turned 240000. When I run up on a hill, it goes good if I get a running start, then I run out of power, if I slowly back off the throttle then slowly push back in it will pick up, but not much. The in-tank lift pump was replaced with a raptor 100 with big line kit, stock fuel filter replaced with napa bolt on filter with screw on filter. Otherwise its stock. I apologize for the lengthy post I hope to find some answers tho. Thanks in advance.
Something similar its happening to mine, (manual tranny) i have a AirDog (R3SBD100) in it and a brand new vp44 with 100hp inyectors, but when i start letting the clutch go, engine revs up and no much power converts to the tranny, so needless to say i feel no torque at all
bad clutch?

bad clutch?
After several hours of diagnosis I found the turbo to be producing around 8psi when under a hard pull. According to what the Dodge dealer, it should be pushing 22 lbs under those conditions.
