Ok I have google searched and forum searched but cant seem to find a good write up on the speed sensor change. Does anyone have any input on the matter? My ABS and brake lights are on and speed is non-existant via the dash cluster. I am assuming its the speed sensor in the rear axle and not the one on the side of the trans.

Yall are going to like this. I went to buy the speed sensor yesterday, $31.99, get home and drag my tools under the rear of the truck just to find out I dont need to replace the sensor. I appears that the previous person snapped the clip that holds the wire harness to the sensor and decided to ziptie the connector to the sensor. So after reverse redneck engineering this marvel of the south all this repair cost me was 4 zipties. Back up and running now to take back the sensor I dont need.
