Default 99 cummins cutting out!!

I've been having a lot of problems with my 99 trying to figure out what is causing it to cut out. The boy I got it from had the same issue an they replaced the ip an the lp an it fixed it for idk probably about 25,000 miles. Then when I bought it an I drove it for a bout a month an it started cutting out wasn't bad at first then steadily got worse. I could take an swap relays an it would go away for about 30-40 miles an come back I thought maybe lift pump was going bad so I ordered a raptor 100 gph with the 1/2 lines. It seemed to fix the problem for about 2 tanks of fuel an started again. I've check all the plugs to make sure they were getting a good connection. But any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.

How is your fuel pressure going to the VP44?

It's like a quick jolt. Sometimes it's just once other times it does it multiple times in a row. And it's kinda random never does it at the same rpm or gear different each time

You mentioned you checked your electrical connections, but ya may have a short in an existing wire(s). Check your wires and make sure there is no short, broken wire inside the insulation, chafing wire(s) touching metal etc.....
Also make sure your ground connections are clean and making good contact.
Just tossing it out there.
