Hello, well after installing studs, gasket, and 150 injectors, I'm pushing my poor hx35 to 50psi. Wastegate frozen shut. Need a little input on turbo options. Been looking at a 40 or a 50. Dunno if I'll be able to spool the 50 well. The 40 seems too small and I've heard they can break shafts. Kinda trying to do this on the cheap. Any input is appreciated

 

You would be hard pressed to find a good one for less then 1000$ unless you get a used one but the suber b special is a fantastic upgrade and it is said to handle upwards of 600 hp

Oh and one more thing dont boost your hx35 past 35psi or you might be replacing a few more parts

 

I was looking at the super b special. Just kinda tired of throwing money in this thing right now . She's only been to 50 a couple times, I try not to make a habit of it. I may have to go the super b route. Just sh***y because I can get the hx50 for close to nothing

 

If you can fabricate a little i would go that route
